I'm here to tell you how it is; theoretically, scientifically, and out in the world as a parent. There is no sugar-coating it, parenting is tough, so I don't sugar-coat the details in my parent blog or parent course. Here you will find information based on my training as a School Psychologist, and my "real world" training in the course of "life as a parent" to my four kids.
